Former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) again slammed President Trump on Sunday, continuing a longstanding feud between the president and his former supporter, calling him “America last.”
Greene on Sunday posted a screenshot of an email from what appeared to be Trump’s campaign, with a line in the message reading “Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor, did I do something wrong?”
“So yes, actually you did do something wrong President Trump, let’s first start with your broken campaign promises. You protected your pedophile rapists friends instead of women who were raped when they were just teenage girls and you STILL REFUSE to release the Epstein files,” Greene said in her post on the social platform X.
“You started an unprovoked war with Iran that the vast majority of Americans do NOT support. You killed hundreds of children at a school in Iran and innocent people and are responsible for 21 U.S. service members deaths and 865 wounded,” she added.
Greene then proceeded to attack the president on issues including high energy costs and the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
“So did you do something wrong?” she continued. “Yes in summary, YOU are the snake that you warned us all about in the poem you read over and over. You never cared about putting America first or making America great again. You are the deep state, the Epstein class, and America last.”
Last November, Trump announced he was dropping his endorsement and support of Greene and would back a primary challenge against her.
“I am withdrawing my support and Endorsement of ‘Congresswoman’ Marjorie Taylor Greene, of the Great State of Georgia,” Trump wrote on Truth Social, saying that in spite of his record “all I see ‘Wacky’ Marjorie do is COMPLAIN, COMPLAIN, COMPLAIN!”
Greene resigned from Congress in January during a feud with the president. She had gone after Trump’s handling of files linked to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and a perceived lack of attention from the president on bringing down costs.
The former Georgia representative has also been a critic of Trump’s war in Iran.
