U.S. President Donald Trump said on Thursday that Defense Secretary Hegseth would hold a “major” press conference on Wednesday morning as the administration seeks to dispel doubts about the damage caused by a U.S. attack on Iranian nuclear facilities.

Trump posted on his social networking site “Truth Social” that Hegseth will be holding an “important press conference to fight for the dignity of our great American pilots” at the Pentagon at 8 a.m. Eastern time on the 26th, along with military representatives. “The press conference will be fascinating and irrefutable,” he wrote.
