He also faces two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree and criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree.Police said a ghost gun, silencer and writings expressing \u201csome ill will toward corporate America\u201d were found on Mangione, which linked him to the crime.Mangione, a University of Pennsylvania graduate, said in a handwritten note that he acted alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mangione was arrested Monday on gun charges in Altoona, Pa., according to New York City police, who described him as a \u201cperson of interest\u201d in last week\u2019s shooting.
