Former President Trump\u2019s rally in Milwaukee on Friday was derailed by technical difficulties as he seethed over microphone issues during his final planned stop in the swing state of Wisconsin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The crowd at Fiserv Forum, the same venue that hosted July\u2019s GOP convention, chanted at times \u201cfix the mic,\u201d while Trump pulled the microphone out of its holder and held it by hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI think this mic stinks, by the way. And then we don\u2019t pay the contractor. I say don\u2019t pay the contractor, then they write a story, \u2018Trump doesn\u2019t pay his bills, he\u2019s a bad guy,’\u201d Trump said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDo you want to see me knock the hell out of people backstage?\u201d Trump added later, calling it a \u201cpretty stupid situation.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI get so angry. I\u2019m up here seething. I\u2019m seething. I\u2019m working my ass off with this stupid mic. I\u2019m blowing out my left arm, now I\u2019m going to blow out my right arm, and I\u2019m blowing out my damn throat too, because these stupid people. I\u2019ll make you a deal. Pretend you\u2019re listening to it perfectly and I\u2019ll come back and do another one, OK?\u201d he added, slamming the microphone against the podium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The former president\u2019s remarks largely echoed his recent campaign speeches, as he attacked former first lady Michelle Obama as \u201cnasty,\u201d disparaged Vice President Harris\u2019s qualifications to be president and vowed to crack down on immigration at the southern border.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Friday\u2019s rally in Milwaukee is the last visit to Wisconsin on Trump\u2019s schedule. He has events planned on Saturday in North Carolina on Virginia, on Sunday in North Carolina and Georgia, and on Monday in North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Michigan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trump narrowly won Wisconsin in 2016 then lost the state by roughly 20,000 votes in 2020, though he made the false claim on Friday that he won the state twice.
