It\u2019s not on the right, like some people like to share the right, the problem we have is on the left,\u201d Trump told reporters. \u201cAnd when you look at the agitator, you look at the scum that speaks so badly of our country, the American flag burnings all over the place, that\u2019s the left. That\u2019s not the right.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When questioned on whom he plans to investigate, he added, \u201cWe\u2019ll see. We\u2019ll be announcing.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The president also suggested that some groups affiliated with the left are already under investigation, without specifying which he was referring to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cA lot of the people that you would traditionally say are on the left,\u201d he said when asked which groups will be investigated, adding, \u201cthey\u2019re already under investigation.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why Charlie Kirk\u2019s death hits the Trump White House so hard<br>The president on Saturday told NBC News that he wants to see the country heal, \u201cbut we\u2019re dealing with a radical left group of lunatics.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Sunday evening, Trump also said he plans to attend Kirk\u2019s funeral in a week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cA very sad weekend,\u201d he said. \u201cWe lost a great person.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI\u2019ll be going on early Sunday morning,\u201d Trump said. \u201cWe\u2019re going to Arizona, taking some people with us, on Air Force One. Maybe you people are going to be with us, I don\u2019t know, but we\u2019re going to be going\u2026 early on Sunday morning.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, was shot and killed Wednesday during an event on the campus of Utah Valley University.
