Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) expressed uncertainty about President Trump\u2019s trade policy to CNN\u2019s Manu Raju on Wednesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI still don\u2019t know exactly what his total strategy is,\u201d Johnson said on Capitol Hill in a clip that aired on CNN\u2019s \u201cThe Arena,\u201d in a clip highlighted by Mediaite. \u201cWe know what his goal was \u2026 he wants reciprocity.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI don\u2019t know what the endgame is here yet,\u201d Johnson added later<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Wednesday, Trump ratcheted tariffs to 125 percent on China and implemented a 90-day pause on \u201creciprocal\u201d tariffs against all other trading partners except China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cBased on the lack of respect that China has shown to the World\u2019s Markets, I am hereby raising the Tariff charged to China by the United States of America to 125%, effective immediately.
